Nathalie Ponlot is a Belgian artist who has worked as an actress for many years mostly in Belgium, France and Switzerland, while crafting her singular way of working with movement and voice. Today, her performance and visual arts practice revolves around Qi gong and the deep links that unite us with the Earth, the Sky and all living things. In 2023 she exhibited Utopia, Chimère's dream, a poem on Intissé, red kaolin, raspberry, cochineal in saliva, and performed Chimering with Mandeep Raikhy, Qondiswa James and Raymond MacDonald at the Théâtre Saint-Gervais (AiiA). In 2022 she co-directed and edited Sounds and songs rising, a film with Raymond MacDonald and Marek Chojecki, which has been shown internationally. Before that, as an actress, she worked in Belgium with Armel Roussel, Thierry Debroux, Pascal Rambert, Karim Barras, Jean-Chris Lauwers and Valery Cordy, and in Switzerland with Michel Barras, Yves Burnier, Marcel Robert, George Guerreiro, Kyung Roh Bannwart and Jonathan O'Hear.
